The meeting which will be co-hosted by Vice President Harris and Prime Minister of the Bahamas, Philip Davis, is set to address a number of regional issues. High on the agenda is the shared effort between the US and the Caribbean in promoting climate resilience and adaptation in the Caribbean region.
The meeting, which is also expected to focus on energy security, is expected to build on the US-Caribbean Partnership to address the Climate Crisis 2030, launched last year by the US Vice President and Caribbean leaders, in Los Angeles at the Summit of the Americas.
